Three spawn near the dead Brahmin by the truck-blocked bridge. Approach from the water and they will usually come to you.

Philippi Battlefield Cemetery
Bloodbugs lurk among the graves. Less dense than Aaronholt, but a useful top-up if the homestead was already cleared.
