Forest Map 01 — The Mothman Stash

To get to the first treasure map of the Forest region, I fast travelled from my camp to the Vault 79 location. It's a free fast travel point — probably because people always try to go back home, don't they? From there I fast travel to Point Pleasant. While normally I avoid layovers like the scorched plague, this significantly reduces the cap cost of getting to the loot. From the travel spawn point at the Mothman cultist blood sport resort, I follow the left side of the road until I can go under the river bridge. I drop off the small rock retaining wall onto Tom Sawyer's lost raft and jump from there to the opposite river bank, where I can see the obvious gray mound of rubble that hides the stash of goods. The nearest fence — er, buyer — is Vendor Bot Raider at Sutton Station. Robbing Peter's cultists to pay Raider Bot Paul feels apropos to me.
